At Jigsaw, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items aren't quite right, you can return them within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the parcel is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, or use the QR code provided at your nearest drop-off location.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your parcel to your chosen courier and keep your proof of postage; we will notify you once your refund has been processed, typically within 5-7 working days.
